Samples to promote research

The Finnish Hematology Registry (FHR) was launched in January 2010. FHR is a national, population-based quality, treatment and research registry. Information about hematological disorders, including information about the treatments given to patients and treatment responses, is stored in the registry at the time of diagnosis and during follow-up.

The registry is owned by the Finnish Association of Hematology (FAH) and it is independent research registry. Clinical details of the samples in the FHRB Biobank are retrieved from the FHR by research. For instructions and more information on the FHRB Biobank, please visit the Finnish Association of Hematology (FAH) at hematology.fi
